In accordance with this mission, Once will partner with RISE, a program of Jewish Family Services. As the oldest refugee resettlement agency in the state of Delaware, RISE at JFS has resettled and reunited families, provided critical case management and counseling services, and engaged community leaders in the refugee experience through education, volunteerism, and advocacy. Through intensive, culturally sensitive case management, RISE helps refugees and other immigrants integrate and make a home in their new communities, obtain and retain employment, and establish and maintain healthy lifestyles to achieve self-sufficiency.
